The Pool and Spa Trade School is committed to transforming vocational training in the pool and spa industry, focusing on addressing skill gaps and enhancing employment readiness. To support this mission, we aim to align our programs with the needs of employers, particularly in the recruitment and development of retail associates.
We are conducting a survey, in partnership with Coaching College, to gather insights into the hiring needs of industry employers and the career aspirations of prospective students. This data will help us tailor our training programs to meet industry demands and foster strong connections between employers and job-ready graduates.
